The mission of Taconnet Federal Credit Union is: "To provide the best possible financial services for our members in a cost effective manner to insure the Credit Union's stability and future growth."
Taconnet is "the family credit union" serving the people of Central Maine for over 50 years! We're committed to providing to our members the most comprehensive, personalized credit union services possible. Our services include lending and credit, savings and deposits, VISA check cards,mortgages, Home Equity Loans and credit card issuing.
Taconnet Federal Credit Union's field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:
Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in and businesses and other legal entities located in Kennebec County, Maine or Somerset County, Maine; and, also included are spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union, employees of this credit union, volunteers in the community, members of their immediate family or household, and organizations of such persons
