Due to a processing error on the part of our data processing vendor, a dividend was wrongly posted to some of our member accounts and will be shown on your October 2017 statement. This transaction has been reversed and will show on your November 2017 statement. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and any confusion this may have caused you.
